Cyanogenmod 7 Quadrant Benchmark on Nexus S

For those of your who have rooted your phone, and have flashed a Custom ROM, the way that I suggested you do it. Then you will know what Cyanogenmod is. And for those of your who don't know what Cyanogenmod is, it's a Custom ROM (in my opinion the best, as i've told you many time).

Basically the new CM 7 will be coming out officially in a stable version and in will contain Gingerbread!!! So if your stuck on Android 1.5, 1.6, 2.1 or even 2.2 you definitely should give this a go... when in comes out. On the Nexus S, some experimental builds have been released and show some impressive results: (from the app Benchmark which basically shows you how fast your phone can process information. Rooting your phone does significantly improve speeds and Custom ROM'ing even further)

Nightly Builds (Experimental Builds) are out for downloading but I would stay away from these... especially if your a beginner, just stick with the stable versions which you can download through ROM Manager.

Too the right is a QR code you can scan with Barcode Scanner (from the Market) that will lead you to the Quadrant app so you can test your phones processing speed.
